They always have. I got honorable mention back in D1 and in Y1 D2 before I won 1st place and I got the emblem in each game before winning 1st. A BNG help account replied to my post on the 5th saying they passed it along to the relevant teams. That was 2 weeks ago, and they always seem to forget until you remind them, which is understandable with how big they are.
