Adventuring parties here seem to go by threes...
Also, I can only think of three off the top of my head:
Evelyn, Random, and Harmony.
Holmes, Watson, and Ringleader.
Xronad, Benaiah, and Nil.

Because 2 people is just boring. You eventually become one person and can predict the other. 4 is too many and someone always gets left out. 3, there still is the assimilation to one person, but there is still enough interactions the others haven’t had, that they still hold on to a shred of themselves.

Hm, this bodes further research. If adventuring parties around here go by three, then we have an adventuring party of adventuring parties!
