I pre-ordered ShadowKeep and was supposed to get an annual pass (4 season), but...

I pre-ordered ShadowKeep before the move from Battlenet to Steam, and everything worked just fine for the first season (Undying). However, when Season of Dawn started, I show that I have it and 2 more seaons as "Purchased", but I am unable to access any of the Season of Dawn items on the Season tab nor am I able to participate in any of the specific quests that require a season pass. Also when I levels up, I am not getting any of the engrams that I would normally get from Eververse. Instead, Tess keeps glowing like she has something for me, but it never shows any engrams available at the store nor in my store tab. Also, I am not able to purchase any Silver. Instead, it gives me an error saying that I can access it the next time I login, but that isn't true. Something is clearly wrong. I should have an active season pass for Season of Dawn, and I should be getting engrams and be able to purchase silver from Eververse. Please assist. Thanks.
