As others have suggested, with how little story progress you have on your existing character, it would be easier to simply start a new character. Once you have that character through the new opening mission, and you’ve reached the social hub, delete the original character. The reason you want to delete the first Warlock, is that having two of the same class can negatively affect loot. With your new character, once you’re done the opening mission, visit Amanda in the Tower Hangar. She will have the quests for the year one legacy story campaigns, Red War, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind. It is optional to complete these quests now, but as someone new to the game, I recommend playing through at least Red War. This will also provide gear and weapon drops, allowing you to gain power, before venturing off into other content that you may be interested in.

How tf you are power 471 if you started playing on Nov 10, 2019 ?? Try to play trough the campaign. enemy difficulty is adjusted to your power level. You'll end droping new gear and weapons.
