Sounds like you're the one with the abused psyche if you think corporations are 100% innocent when they weaponize FOMO and remove content from a product we paid for.
weaponize FOMO
That had me in tears.

1. Bungie told you they were doing this. If you didn’t like it, why’d you buy it? 2. Consoles weren’t designed to run games this big, and the machines are already straining. The experience playing this game on PS4 pro is almost unbearably bad right. Long loading times. Frequent crashes (cabbage, lettuce). Frame rate drops and rubber banding. 3. Corporations don’t make me or you do anything. You are just looking for someone to blame for a decision you made. Don’t like what Bungie is doing? Simple. Keep your money in your pocket and go play something else.
-
As mentioned, the only thing you paid for was a license to play the game. You did not pay for any content.
-
We knew for some time they would do this prior to its release and people still bought it. I have no issue considering all that is leaving is an activity and the seasonal quests/seal. I also knew it would happen because they told me prior to my purchase.
-
Why buy it if you aren’t gonna play it tf
-
yea , corporate Stockholm syndrome ;)
-
Naw more like knowing what you’re buying into, and not getting upset when what you expected happens. Or simply not caring because it’s just a video game.
-
these are no longer just videogames, but scam schemes
-
Wow! Big brain, very woke! Watch out everyone, this guy gets it! Bungie is trying to make money! Bungo bad Bungo bad!

Edited by MRwUGz: 12/10/2019 4:13:02 PMthey could make money also by creating a awesome game, yet they chose to scam people with a half assed product and microtransactions
-
You. Aren't. Forced. To. Buy. DLC. Quit playing the game if you think they'd make more money by making your definition of an "awesome game". Go support Indie developers instead. Sitting here on your ass on the forums spewing your half-baked ideals isn't doing anything for anyone. Nobody is scamming you. Nobody forced you to buy Eververse. Christ, entitlement at it's finest.

Edited by MRwUGz: 12/10/2019 4:44:51 PMits funny how people get upset at people calling out something bad instead of the ones doing the bad these days, but whatever , i dont care how people spend their money , but if you (company) scam people you have to deal with getting called out as a scammer , not that these companies care though , they know very well what they doing (unlike some fans)

Still feels like a video game to me. Never felt scammed, because I know what I’m buying into.

The funny thing is that you only "miss out" on the content if you don't pay for it. Try again. -

Been telling people this for years. Never bothered me one bit if I might miss out on something. If I have time to do it, I’ll do it! If not, then it will all be irrelevant when the next game launches, or when we all stop playing.
-
Annnnnd you even used my phrasing "weaponize".. You should really get that victim complex checked out. Please give one example of a corporation removing content from a product you paid for- that you WEREN'T TOLD ABOUT BEFORE BUYING, thanks.
-
can you give me an example of a game removing content after a few months?
