After migrating to steam, I'm constantly facing server issues in game. As mainly a pvp player, I'm having 250+ pings all the time; so I decided to play some PvE but I keep getting thrown out of activities or keep shown the error "contacting destiny 2 servers" while my net is running perfectly fine. Could you please bring back Asian servers to distribute the excessive load and ensuring decent pings for Asian players.

What's your upload, download speeds and packet loss?

4 RepliesMy internet works perfectly and is set up correctly, but I have noticed server issues getting worse since Shadowkeep launched. I now get a lot of “contacting destiny servers” and very slow load times into strikes and the tower, I also find the app to be very slow, I live in the U.K. People will always say this is a problem your end but I highly doubt that now as there is nothing else I can do, I’m also running an extremely powerful PC using NVMe and I have 100mb fibre, hardwired with a static ip.

5 RepliesNetwork connections are peer-to-peer, so there are no "Asian servers" to bring back. If you're getting pings of 250+ ms, your best option is to use LFG to find a fireteam that's local to you.
