I bought the Ronin ornament for Izanagis Burden back in solstice of heroes and i had it since then. But since i transferred my xbox account(with forsaken) to my steam account(without forsaken) my ornament just disappeared! I even had the Wishender ornament(that i also payed money for) disappear too! And I’ve tried finding ways to contact Bungie or custom service directly so i can get the stuff i payed for back, but i haven’t found any! i want to get this information to Bungie as soon as possible before it’s overlooked and i end up being stuck without any ornament for izanagis and wishender. If there is anyway to fix this or if they actually read the post, please tell me or notify me that you can help, please.
