That’s a pretty good question. But no, the Light can only be sparked in a Guardian once, just like how each Ghost can only revive one Guardian and no Guardian can go through more than one Ghost.
And there are still more Ghosts and new Guardians being revived. Heck, we got a grimoire card last Dawning with newly-revived Guardians.
Spartan was talking about Guardian Exos not needing to get mind wipes, but that isn’t confirmed. Mind wipes are used to prevent DER (Dissociative Exomind Rejection, where the human mind rejects its artificial body, causing fatal psychological problems), and it is very very very unlikely that being a Guardian can prevent it. There’s plenty of lore about Guardians suffering from psychological issues, so we can safely assume DER is still a problem for Guardian Exos.
Some Exos (like Ada-1 and Lakshmi-2) are lucky enough to not suffer from DER, but others like Banshee-44 are threatened by DER much more often.

It seems that ghosts actually can rez multiple guardians, they just only have one at a time. They abandon their last to find a new one. Sagira effectively outright said this in the new lore, specifically "Moths to a Flame, part 2, " in the book "The Pigeon and the Phoenix." "Oh. Let him go." Osiris releases. The Ghost dissipates. "Sagira?" "He needed someone strong. A fighter." ... "Where will he go?" "To reunite with the Traveler. To find someone new. Someone better." This was said in regard to the ghost of a warlord. Osiris killed the warlord, grabbed the ghost, and this happened.

Thank you for this! Time to start reading the new lore. That definitely seems to be direct confirmation that a Ghost can revive a new Guardian. I kind of consider this a retcon, though, because now all of our accounts of Ghosts that lost their Guardians don’t make sense anymore. But this season already gave us the House Rain retcon and retconned the time the Vanguard was founded (all before the season even started!), so I can’t be surprised at this point lol.
Some Exos (like Ada-1 and Lakshmi-2) are lucky enough to not suffer from DER, but others like Banshee-44 are threatened by DER much more often.
Wait....are you trying to say that the higher the number, the bigger the risk? Oh crap...

The higher the number, the more often they’ve suffered from DER, which means they develop DER more often. And more mind wipes also means more memory fragmentation. So yeah, low numbers are good and high numbers are bad.
