Well said man. Thanks for this post, sadly Bungie wont address it.
There is one guy saying that warlocks are OP and the steps are more viable than the husks and the OEM. Read the replies here. I’m having fun posting again!!

What a freakin joke. Don't get me wrong Transversive Steps are a beautiful exotic and I love the fluency I feel when I am wearing them but there is a reason they haven't been nerfed three times. Because they are no where near OP like the other exotics you mentioned. I wish the Warlock's standard movement was like it is when wearing Transversive steps. It's the only way I don't feel slow, sluggish and handicapped as a Warlock in regards to movement. (Probably why I love using them so much combined with top tree Dawnblade for Icarus dash)

Steps vs the aspects. Better sprint and slide vs a faster switch to a side arm, SMG or shotgun for a quicker finish. They both offer benefits to the warlocks builds but like you said. This guy doesn’t want to post what real class balance looks like. He wants to pretend the LFG sites were filled with requests for warlocks and stacked teams asking for the “steps.” Fact is - it’s never happened. Neither steps / aspects needed nerfing THREE times to correct the damage done to balance and crucible classes.
