Have you ever seen a bris? Because my first thought was exactly the same, pure child abuse. I mean I get it if you have to be circumcised for medical reasons, but to do that to a child for a religion is just evil. The worst bit for me other than the screaming and people clapping at it was when the father of the child takes it’s penis in his mouth to apply saliva in order to disinfect the wound. Just disgusting all round.

Not cirmcumsizing is child abuse

Maybe your parents weren't satisfied with just the foreskin and got part of the brain removed as well. Families have no right to force an operation on a child just because they think that some invisible man living on the clouds wishes so. When you operate on a part of body, it will never be the same as before. And -blam!- your "beneficial" argument/nonsense.

Irreligious people never have to worry about something like this as they kill the baby before it’s even born.
-
You don't have to try hard. We already know that there is correlation between low IQ and being religious/nationalist.
-
I’ll pray for you.

I'm not religious and I want to give my mother a high five for removing the elaphant trunk. GOOD CALL MA!!!!!!!!!
Only religious fundamentalists think male circumcision is not child abuse. Either that or they enjoy mutilating babies.
Nah. There are benefits to it. Out weighing the negatives. It’s no longer about religion. More of a debate on medical benefits. While it’s no longer necessary, it’s still something that is seen more positive in decreasing infections and diseases. (Source: CDC and AAP). It’s kinda like cutting a tag off of a shirt. It’s not necessary, you can live with it just fine. But cutting it off makes the shirt more comfortable and stops the itching sensation. I know it’s kinda a bad analogy but we are also talking about foreskin on video game forum.

We live in a age of commercial soap. Just wash your -blam!-ing genitials.
-
Okay. But what about the people who don’t care about themselves. Don’t clean. Then spread disease?
-
Lol. Mutilate your child today. Who needs proper parenting. Why teach your child about the modern conviences of soap when you could just cut their foreskin off.
-
Those people are going to spread diseases regardless lmao so it's kind of a moot point. If you choose to hook up with someone who won't even take the time to thoroughly wash themselves on a regular basis, it's kind of on you.
-
You’re completely missing the point.
-
Just like you missed the point. Circumcision is an obsolete practice that continues today because of social norms.
