  • I have done all troubleshooting possible. This has been ongoing for months. MS will not refund me now, because they already refunded me once. They claim Bungie has gotten their payment, and it is no longer their (MS) issue, it is Bungie that is at fault.

  • But Bungie didn't sell you the silver, so you really do need to deal with MS. If they won't refund you, there isn't much Bungie can do.

  • Does Bungie not get paid from Microsoft for ‘goods’ purchased for their game? MS says Bungie has been compensated for said goods, therefore it’s Bungie at fault. I have been trying everything I can, i thought maybe I could get an actual Bungie rep to actually help me, as all the responses from Bungie have been auto-reply.

    Believe it or not, those aren't "auto reply". They may use some copypasta since they have to deal with the same question over and over, but there is an actual person behind that BNGHelp account. If you check the #help forum on any given day, there are thousands of posts and there is only so much a few people can do. Sometimes a post goes missed, sometimes the regulars get to it first and give a proper reply, and sometimes they even misread a post and give an answer that may not seem to correlate to the topic. It happens we're all human. Back to your topic though, you are buying the product from MS and it is up to them to deliver it. You are not buying it from Bungie. Again, if MS is refusing to refund, I am guessing that it is for a good reason. Just out of curiosity, have you ever done a chargeback after purchasing silver? Edit - And just to be sure. You did in fact purchase Destiny 2 Silver and not Destiny Silver, correct?

  • Yes, Destiny 2 silver. They refunded me after fighting for over a month, when this happened the first time. I then tried to buy silver again, and it still did not get delivered into my account. And I have email them several times, so I do not think they could have missed my emails. I just want them to credit me with the silver I paid for...
