Bungie, at this point in time the Raid Exotic Tarrabah is a joke. Recluse absolutely destroys as it does not require charge time as well as it's effect being able to proc from other weapon kills. People have been [i][b]Pleading[/b][/i] with you to heavily nerf recluse as well as giving tarrabah a large buff. The buff that I would suggest for tarrabah would be adding a perk to it called "the smell of blood" which could take the form of a catalyst and make it still charge, although at 1/2 of its normal rate, when another is damaging an enemy. Additionally, the Most important buff that it needs is for it to have the ability to be stored without the charge time reverting back to zero. Now for the nerfs to recluse, I feel as if Master of Arms Should not Proc from other weapon kills and additionally should only proc when you get a percision kill with the weapon. If these changes were implemented it would both add more of a variety of various weapons and SMG's to the crucible (such as Midas mini tool, antalanta-d, etc.).
