Bungie bought themselves out and are private. They are not under the rules of the SEC anymore. This happens all the time. Maybe you went to class today for the first time in 3 months, but you have no business talking about corporate equity when your English is that bad.

Nope. Bungie is a private limited company, Activision is public and it's shares are traded on exchanges. There is no inter-company relationship between the two. They had a partnership agreement (contract) for Destiny franchise, now they don't
