Upload speed requirements are really high right now for ADSL users.. we need a workaround

I've tested this last few days and the game is really using my entire Upload bandwidth on PVP modes. On average the game streams an Upload of 50-70 kbs. This is really high for ADSL users because the top speed for uploads in most cases is only 50 kbs max. If you hit the max upload speed your entire connection starts to slowdown and even videos from youtube start to buffer because of this. Not everyone has Fiber connections right now to play Destiny 2 and we really need some fix or workaround for this. Y tried on my phone connection via USB and with 1 MB upload the game didn't lag at all and it was a really good experience. Every time I try to play pvp with the ADSL connection is just so hard to register my shots sometimes and on my resources window from Windows I can see my upload speed maxed out from the game. Bungie can you find a workaround for ADLS users who have this problems? I'm sure I'm not the only one with a perfect stable connection.. no packet loss and really low ping having this latency issues just because of the high Upload speed required form the game for pvp.

    It is the same requirements we had for the original Destiny... Broadband Internet. From Steam's own page about the requirements: Network: Broadband Internet connection DSL is not necessarily a "Broadband Internet Connection". It is far more often just a "High Speed Internet Connection". That means faster than dial-up service, but not fast enough to qualify as "Broadband". These are industry standards, not some marketing gimmick... and they have to choose the wording carefully. Through 2014, broadband was defined as 4mbps down, 1mbps up. That was the standard Destiny was originally launched under. So the published requirement then was a minimum 4mbps/1mbps connection In late 2015, the "broadband" standard was revised to be 25mbps down and 3mbps up. So for Destiny 2, that published requirement is now 25mbps/3mbps. Granted it technically only needs around 1mbps each direction--but the listed spec is 25/3. An upload speed of only 512kbps just is not going to cut it under the load of 6 player teams. May be hard pressed if it was only 3v3 even. If your ISP is selling you service as "broadband" and it is not meeting that standard of a minimum 25/3... they are basically falsely advertising it. They can market it as "High Speed" all they want so long as it maintains higher than 57.6k/28.8k... but not broadband if it does not maintain at least 25/3. The potential is there for the game to actually push anywhere from 2 to 3mbps... even higher if necessary. Fortunately, the UDP packets do not appear to be using the full Ethernet frame size... as we don't see it consuming anywhere near that much data. But the potential is there. If your plan cannot be classified as "broadband", than you simply are not meeting the published specs for the game. A "High Speed" connection may still work IF it can provide 1mbps throughput in each direction, but if it cannot meet that minimum 1mbps level, than it simply is not robust enough.
