You're not the only one. Got izanagi today and started this quest. Shot all in correct order and nothing happens. Tried multiple times. Seems to be another bug with this quest.

I re-farmed spiteful fang untill I got one that didnt have explosive tips and went back and got the mission no problem!!!

Is this bugged ? Tried today and doesn’t seem to be working or is it because my now has explosive head ?

I was wondering the same thing about the bow having the explosive head.. Couse it's not working for me either

It is bungled, I have spiteful fang without explosive head. I have tried three days in a row to get the code to work and it does nothing even though it is entered correctly. Hay Bungle fix your game!
