blues are capped at 950 after the update. they will not drop any higher
i have a gear score of 953 and after playing the past 6 hours not one blue has dropped abve 950. some should drop at current gear level or a few below it.

10 Replies950 is the cap for every normal drop in the game - blues, purples, exotics, primes. Once you reach 950, the only drops that will be above 950 are pinnacle rewards.
