Anyone else have a bug where it says you have a new triumph completed under "The Dark" tab of "Lore" but there isn't anything of the achievements to complete (the ones with the little "+" symbol)? It's on the first page, I know this because if I go down the arrow up blinks. I'ts super annoying, I need haaaaaalp
