Izanagis quest is still broken. Rare black armory bounty not dropping obsidian crystal
2 time the bounty didn’t drop a crystal.
Had 2 bounties. Claimed one before the fix and no drop.
Waited to claim the second one after the fix and no drop.
You suck, like really bad bungie. I’m not sure you know what is happening anymore.
Can you just give out the gun to all accounts already? We’ve already wasted so much time for your mistakes.
At least give me a damn crystal.

This also happened to my friend a few moments ago. I turned in my bounty last week but held onto the crystal until the patch went live today, and i was given the ST portion of the quest as intended, while my friend was screwed over...by a bug that Bungie themselves said was fixed no less. If the people at Team Bungo can't keep their own damn game in working order, then i have little hope for D3, so little hope in fact that I'm not gonna be buying it until the reviews come out. I have no intention of buying a product from you guys anymore if it's gonna be this broken upon release.
