Phantasmal Cores stack to 999 now
But the fragments needed to buy them still only stack to 3

Typo: phantasmal fragments stack to 30. But that is now OK, because you can convert them to cores when you have 20+ fragments. Much better than the situation is (and has existed for ages) with modulus reports, and recently with Vex mind components (no good sink for them either).
