You do realize that warlocks have a rift, right? They don’t need an exotic to starting healing and they even get an overshield.

True that reasoning seems goon on paper but in practice, the first is not the tool that the ram is. I'm not sure if you know how the rift works but let me explain it. The rift adds health if you lost health and once full it adds an over shield. That over shield is, however, is not the same as let's say the one-eyed masks over shield. It seems that the rifts over shield were coded to break with a few shots and have a small delay before being applied again. The healing rift also does not out charge DPS so you can still die not to mention it's the longest animation of all the abilities. It also has no extra abilities. For example, the titan shield has the extra ability to take players healthfully away if they touch it. The small barricade reloads the weapons faster and provides extra protection. Now even with Arc battery, the healing rift will still not keep you alive if getting shot well casting it and if you do so behind cover expect a shotgun rushing hunter or a shoulder charge one hit ko well your animation is still not over. So if you apply your logic or reason to the other classes the titan should lose the health draining ability from the shield and the over shield from the one-eyed mask as they already have a shield ability. The hunters dodge should have as long of animation to match the warlocks.
