Honestly in my opinion, SRL was amazing. It was something fun you could do, other than shooting things, to pass up time and have a blast. In my opinion, it should be brought back? How you may ask?
Well, like before, make some really cool maps that doesn't just require speed but skill too. Also, make SEASONAL gear. Basically, it'd make SRL a permanent activity, which is what I'm shooting for. In addition to it being permanent and seasonal gear, make seasonal maps too. Having seasonal gear and race maps would help keep SRL fresh and fun. It wouldn't get boring in the long run because there'd be new stuff to earn and win with each coming SRL season. You could even throw in a competitive SRL game mode for those who feel like they have what it takes to come out on top.
Not to mention all the stuff stated above, it could give purpose to Amanda Holliday as well, where you could pick up SRL bounties or maybe get quests for exotic sparrows or even ships.
But overall, I'm pretty sure alot of D1 vets who've had the privilege of playing and participating in SRL would love to see it come back IF it brings seasonal gear and maps. If you'd like to see it personally be brought to Destiny 2 with seasonal gear, PLEASE vote yes. If you do not want SRL to make a return, PLEASE vote no. Also please feel welcome to state your opinions below as well. Like always. This post is to bring awesome ideas to Bungie, who we the community love, so that Destiny 2 can continue being amazing and fun! #LongLiveDestiny2 #LongliveBungie
