Yes and no. OEM and Stompies have been too powerful for too long, and now Arc Battery Wormhusk is in the fray. It'd be great if Warlocks had a top-tier PvP Exotic - and no, Astrocyte Verse doesn't count because the only people who think it's OP are the ones who don't know how to fight against Blink. That said, I don't want to see a good Exotic come back because I know it'll be nerfed into irrelevance in the first balance patch thereafter.

Take Exotics out of PvP. Let them be powerful in PvE, but I am sick of nerf-herding whiners.

T steps and OA are top tier Warlock exotics.

Top tier by Warlock standards. Neither comes close to OEM in terms of pure strength and they're both mobility Exotics. On console, at least, they're vastly inferior to Stompies. They're strictly better than Transversives in terms of the benefit they offer and Astrocyte locks you into using Voidwalker, which easily has the worst options as far as Warlock Supers go - and Supers win games.

I super disagree with that. First off OEM isn't a mobility exotic and also an outlier. Reload just for sprinting does wonders on top of the sprint/slide boost. OA lets you get away with not having quickdraw on a shotgun which is incredibly huge if you don't have one. I'm also on console and despite Stompees being able to jump out your field of view it isn't the end all be all. They can still get dunked on and most of them are extremely predictable despite their mobility options.
