Purchased Shadowkeep and I dont have the season pass like i was promised

I purchased the 34.99 shadowkeep DLC from steam, and my season pass is not active in game. I conducted cross save from Xbox to PC and then the DLC was gifted to me and when in game i can see the season pass but the second half ot he pass is not progressing and i cannot do certain things in game due to "not being a season pass owner" Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

  • Hi there, Thanks for your report. Looking at your account, it looks like you activated Cross Save for the first time after accepting the in-game Cross Save dialogue and your season pass was applied to your Steam account. Unfortunately, season passes cannot be transferred to other accounts.

      • If, like me, you purchased it on your main ps4 account but actually play destiny 2 on a second account, you will have to repurchase it on the second account. Its happened to a lot of people.

      • If you are cross-saving with Xbox being you main account then it hides/replaces the Steam Save. If you are currently enabled with cross Save where Xbox is the save being used on Steam then then xbox does not have access to the Season Pass. You can use this site to see what licenses your Xbox and Steam currently have enabled on them https://wastedondestiny.com/ DLC does not transfer license via Cross-Save

Might be an idea to say what currency (country). If that was a dollar price then it looks "cheap" but I suspect you are talking about EU€ in which case what you are supposed to get in the two version of Shadowkeep that you can buy to download is one that is "standard" (€34.99) and is Shadowkeep with one season pass (so just covering this first 3 months), the other is "deluxe" (€59.99) so is Shadowkeep but with all four season passes to take you right through to October next year. In effect you pay €20 for the other 3 season passes (rather than €10 each if bought individually). You'll know whether you have the season pass or not if you go to the Director and then the Seasons tab. If it shows one line of items you don't have the season pass, if there are two lines then you do.
