Whisper of the Worm
Whisper should be moved to the energy slot as the damage output isn't as good as it used to be with izanagi being top tier. Think it will be a better move for it and could actually be of use that way. Plus people would have to use other guns than recluse and actually use kinetic primary.

Keep it as a heavy. If anything, give it a damage buff.

The Whisper is still a top tier weapon. It has very competitive DPS, only really being beaten by spike grenades. And it’s overall damage/sustained DPS is pretty much unmatched.

1 ReplyI think it should remain as a heavy. I made a post a while back suggesting that it needs to be reworked. I offered a solution where if you run out of bullets, but your last 3 shots were precision shots then the weapon will actually start to drain some of your super energy and convert it into ammo. Its the best of both worlds! You get to keep shooting but its not simply pulling ammo out of thin air. Its actually feeding on your light just like the item description of the weapon mentions.
