Same here, I purchased the deluxe edition of shadowkeep before it came out, was inactive from destiny for a period of time. Now that the new season is out I wanted to come back to it, turns out, I don’t have ANY of the exotic items promised in the digital deluxe edition, no season pass, absolutely nothing but the base Shadowkeep expansion itself. Bungie really needs to sort out their microtransactions, I enjoy the franchise but so far this is my second time getting my money practically stolen from Bungie.

Wait a minute. We are supposed to get silver with it? I didn't even get the emote and ghost despite them being on my console's storage. Now the new season is out and it says my digital season pass doesn't exist. I have a picture saved of my DLC before I reinstalled the game and, after reinstalling, it no longer shows all of my content. Why is it so hard to get a real Bungie employee? I have spent months trying to get help and nothing! I want my money back if I don't get what I paid for!
