Masquerader's Cowl offers only 750 power, character is 900+.
When trying to purchase the Masquerader's Cowl from Eva, I am only offered 750 power masks. This is the case for the first mask I bought, as well as the later masks. My friends have gotten their masks at a power matching their own.
Reddit comments on a thread I started also point to some others having the same issue.
