Cross Save Migration Problems - Waited 3 weeks for response

Will this work for my issue? https://imgur.com/gallery/ySct9YW I believe I initially linked the wrong blizzard account (one without destiny) to my steam account where I pre-ordered Shadowkeep. I then linked the correct blizzard account to the correct steam account. Once I had done this I thought my accounts were properly linked and I launched the game, only for it to take me to the character creation screen. I have been dealing with this problem for two weeks now. I submitted an initial help request for help to Bungie and was rejected by their automated system. Then I sent a second help request and was told I would get assistance in 1 to 2 business days, it has been nearly 3 weeks. I'd really like to get this sorted so I can dig into that new content. If I can't link my Destiny content to my proper steam account I guess I'll have to return my purchase and not play this game anymore. I've been told this mistake is unfixable, which is ridiculous. If I have to wait 90 days I won't be able to return Shadowkeep and I'll lose my preorder bonus. I love this game and would really like to play it more. Thanks for any assistance.
