Hi there,
It does not appear that the Battle.net account linked to your profile has gone through the PC Migration process, nor does it look like your Steam account has had any Battle.net profile migrated to it. What error messages are you encountering when you attempt PC Migration?

I'm still not able to play either. I sent out a PC Movie issue form a week or two ago. No response. Still can't play my old characters that were on Battle.net. Says the move has already been completed if I try it again, but none of my characters or silver were transferred, and I'm not starting over from scratch. 26 days since shadowkeep, and I still can't play my characters. Unreal.

Here is the exact message: TRANSFER ERROR You are attempting to transfer a Battle.net account to a Steam Account that has already been migrated. ##pcmigration.ThisSteamAccountHasAlready## You can resolve this by: Unlink Steam User Jac Create a new Steam Account Migrate Jac#21231 to your new Steam Account So if you say theres no Steam account linked to my profile then how does this say otherwise. also when I try to attempt the migration it claims that there is already a steam account linked to this blizzard account. But honestly my dear admin, I kinda don't want to return to destiny I love the game but im already too far behind, I just want some way to get my £50 back because for me that a lot of money.

Hi there, Refund request will need to go through the retailer you purchased the DLC from (Steam, Xbox, or Playstation).
-
It is the worst community I see, they protect Bungie, you spend $ 10, and my account is excluded more than a week, I look for my help report and it is deleted, I think that Bungie uses the account for own purposes and as the players do not enter on the page they don't know
-
Haha whatta run around
-
Yes but I can't get a refund because I have owned the game for more than 14 days as I pre-ordered it
-
Thats not a bungie issue. thats a retailer issue.
-
I know but I shouldn't be punished for pre-ordering thre must be some way for me to get my money back.
-
But the money didn't exchange with bungie.
-
ok but is it really fair that I never get this money back? Also, the majority of the money is going to Bungie in the end
-
Discuss that with the Store you bought it from.

Edited by Jac: 10/23/2019 10:33:42 PMyeah, steam. I have and they don't give refunds over 14 days, but I pre-ordered it to try and support Bungie but the game doesn't even work as promised which if I remember correctly ( which i'm a bit hazy on) I believe that should make me eligible(through consumer rights) for a refund but there is no option for steam. Are you really trying to agree with the way they have dealt with these issues?
-
Its not a Bungie issue, you didn't buy it from them. if steam wont refund you then theres not thing they can do.
-
The entire way these things were set up to start with is ridiculous
-
It's not like me getting a refund is the only reason for this post. I'm not trying to use this to get a refund, there needs to be pressure put on Bungie to actually talk about this issue and we can't stop talking about it or they are gonna just sweep it under the rug.

First of all. A bungie response came here to help you. And the comment you had for it, instead of continuing to exchange info and detail to help them figure out the issue and maybe help you out. Is to say sorry but i dont really wanna return and i want my 50$ back. You say you pre ordered to support bungie. But if you were an old player you should've been more wiser about pre ordering. Its 2019 pre ordering with caution is the minimum requirement to justify pre ordering(cuz pre ordering doesn't increase the amount of support you give as opposed to buying an expansion after day 1, its the same earning). You can say its not fair all you want but first it really isn't on bungie its on you. And the platform you bought this on unfortunately, steam has its own rules and unfair as it is. Your 14 days refund period past theres nothing you can do about it. Learn from the lost 50$ if you aint liking how destiny is and regret the buy. Dont pre order to support something. The fact you even buy the expansion is supporting them no need to pre order and pay before its even out. Unless you are 100% that the game is good and your exprience will be good i would then pre order only 2-3 days away from release just for the early pre-load. They do need to fix the issue about the account transfer and hopfully they do, but please be wiser next time so you won't be wasting money! Have a good day 😊

Like Bungie responses offer any kind of help......
-
Regardless of if it does or doesn't. Its still a response..he could've helped them id the issue by giving more info and exchanging with them. They roll out updates and fixes slow yea, but if they acknowledged the issues being addressed im sure there will be a fix soon. 🤷🏻♂️

Edited by bdonnyq: 10/24/2019 9:58:11 AMWeeks or maybe even months later...... maybe next season they will get to play some Shadowkeep?
-
🤷🏻♂️ lets see what they say on the 29th patch for now? I dont like bungie either but untill theres an update all you could really do is post constructive feedback on the forums/reddit/twitter and hope it gets even coverage from people and streamers to get them to fix it faster. 🤷🏻♂️ Hopfully they do so people get to play.

we have been hoping this and doing all this for weeks. I dont think you quite understand why we are all so pissed off.

You get it. Nice.
