Izanagi Burden Quest Temporary Solution
You guys instantly disable Telesto as soon as there is an issue with it but you still havent fixed Izanagi's or just made it so people stuck on quest step get it complete, you did it with iron banner quest you can do it with this one. Show us that you actually care about PVE content... Right now it seems like if something benefits community like a bug you instantly will disable it or get rid of it, but if it hurts community then you don't really care about fixing it. You have also shown that if anything is wrong in PVP you will fix it within that day sometimes or have a temp solution within that day, why can't you do same thing for other major issues? Please if your not going to push out Izanagi Quest today before next forge rotation why don't just auto complete that quest step for us so we don't have to wait again? It's a really simple solution that would make a lot of parties happy and you've shown that you can do that so why not?

4 RepliesHot Take: It's not a priority due to it being 'legacy' content. As someone who's also waiting, the best thing to do is be patient. You can't really compare the example bugs to this as Telesto basically broke the entire game's mechanics and the Iron Banner quest chain is the only method to gain the armor sets which only will be around for a single week. These took priority since they're the most current content you can do for Shadowkeep. However, this post is agreeable. I just wouldn't get too hung up about it. When it comes down to it, I'd much rather see adjustments be made to OEM & Thunder Coil than have a fix or even a bypass for Izanagi right away. If there are changes by next rotation, awesome. If not, no big deal. Just don't let it stay like this for months or that'll be depressing.

2 RepliesI found a fix that works. If you have iznami forge quest and complete it you’ll be given the key mold. The problem is in order for to get mold you have to have had Izanami forge unlocked. So if you if you have the quest step on a charter just finish it.

Or maybe skip the quest to auto complete so it disappears without you getting the required artifacts? I assume not... Also a [u][b]game breaking[/b][/u] problem like telesto that has a simple fix of disabling the weapon which is affecting [u][b]100%[/b][/u] of players who enter crucible (something that some players only do) is of a higher priority than a more complicated fix for older content that only affects a small number of players when there is also a significant other number of activities they can take part in for the time being! It will take them a while to find the bug let alone work out a fix for it! Don’t knock them for not caring about PvE content when that is over 3/4 of the game content in reality...

I agree. I'm not sure how it'd affect the quest, but the best hotfix for this I can think of would be to just stick the Black Armory key mold, or even the key itself (which I think is the route they should take at this point) into player mailboxes or just add it to Ada's shop as an easy unlock after clearing the first three forges at max temper if they wanna keep it somewhat inline with the original quest. With how big of an issue this is right now, especially (going by other posts) with some raid groups straight up kicking out players for not having it, even if they have a suitable replacement, they need to put some kind of hotfix in for it if they don't plan on releasing the patch it's supposed to be fixed in any time soon.
