So, I own Destiny 2 on Xbox, PS4, and PC. I had enabled my cross-save to link with my steam account (battle.net at the time) and it worked pretty well. After about 3 months or so, I was just starting to get back into Destiny 2 again, when I realized I missed a ton of exotics I had on my Xbox version, so I decided to try and switch my active cross-save with my Xbox account. I realize (after reading some of the cross-save FAQs) that I have to disable the cross-save first and wait 90 days apparently to be allowed to change my active cross-save to my Xbox version. That's fine though. I wish it wasn't so long as I'd like to access my content and play the game now.
The issue that I have is that because of the migration of my steam account from the battle.net account, it is reading the 100 silver that I had on the account before the migration as a "recent purchase" for October 16th 2019. This silver is some leftover from April 5th 2019, when I had purchased 1100 silver. According to the FAQs about cross-save I can not disable the active cross-save because you are required to wait 90 days after a recent purchase in order to disable it on the account.
This means that I will not be able to change my active cross-save to my Xbox version for 180 days or about 6 months.
It would be great if someone could allow me to change my active cross-save to my Xbox account, but I realize that this is asking too much. What I want to ask is if, at the very least, someone could disable the cross-save feature on my account because the account doesn't have an actual "recent purchase" and then I'll wait the 90 days to re-activate my cross-save again.
If I can't get either of these things, then at the very least, it would be great to just get a reply from Bungie support.
Thanks for your time
