Has anyone with the PC Move problem, and completed the new incident form for this issue, had their problem resolved? I think it is great that Bungie has setup the new data collection process and are taking the issue serious but I was close to a workarounds with support before being directed to the new ticket. Now it has been three days with no reply or progress, feel like I am going backwards, so just looking for hope.
Update: For those asking below is a link to the form (Contact Help button at the bottom). Give the facts as you know them, be detailed but not crazy. Save the snark for the forums, we appreciate good snark the support guys will not.

I honestly didn’t think Bungie even had customer support. You think they would actually have just a central area with contact information for any question. It would be more direct then having people submit hopeless forum posts.
