Recluse is still OP
You have perks for extra damage through mods for PvE exclusive content. Stop making damage buffs for PvP... People should not be punished because a stupid teamate got himself killed and then you get sprayed by that crap.

If 90% of every world's first raid team had the Recluse, if every quick play match as one and every comp match; it's obviously OP when so many people feel the need to equip it to get an edge. Again, if you're unwilling to see that then you're delusional.
