Unable to see any players or enemies

After playing Shadowkeep for maybe 10 minutes each time, all players and enemies disappear from the map and I’m unable to continue with any mission Or quest I’m currently playing. Then I’m kicked backed to orbit and am given one of these 3 error codes: beaver, cabbage, or cocktierl. I’ve already researched these error codes and have troubleshot my router. I’m already connected to my internet via LAN cable vice wifi. I’ve tried enabling UPnP, restarting my router, changing my LAN cable, even going as far as disabling my firewall. I’m unable to setup port forwarding on my router due to the language being in Italian and I don’t know the language. For the error codes to tell me that it’s a networking problem isn’t making since to me because I can play any other game online without experiencing any problems. So I don’t understand the real issue here. Please help!
