Quest order changes
When you are playing your quests will correctly sort from newest to oldest however when you log out and log back in the order will change. For example the Shadowkeep story will be the top most quest but after logging back in my first couple quests will be things like Balanced Awoken Talisman and Rasputin Key Fragments.
