It took Bungie 9 days to give us this response, it took steam 20 minutes to give my money back. Odd.

I’m not sure you understand the situation. So you should probably stay out of it. But because I know you won’t I’ll explain it to you. Majority of us have one steam and one battle.net. Majority of us linked our accounts months ahead like we were told. Now the transfer system is telling us our accounts are already linked (obviously we linked them) and to make a new steam account. Thank you for coming to my ted talk. Next time try to understand what’s going on before coming in here with that attitude...low

Just got my Shadowkeep pre-order refund approved even with it being way past 14 days since purchase. And it took only 30 minutes. At least it looks like Steam is aware of this debacle and willing to refund...
