I have one blizzard account, and one steam account

I have multiple blizzard and steam accounts

For all of you suffering from PC move issues, I recommend that as well as posting here you add a review (of your choice) to their steam store page detailing any issues you are having. It's easy for them to ignore and blame the players here but they might pay more attention there, where there is more traffic. There are still 100's, potentially 1000's,of players who are unable to migrate their guardians and paid content from their Blizzard accounts to their steam accounts. Their latest communication blames players for migrating between incorrect accounts. But looking through 100's of posts, it seems like 95% of users have one Blizzard account and one Steam account, so this is simply not the case (hopefully the attached poll will emphasise this). It's not clear whether this is misinformation spread by Bungie to avoid taking responsibility, or if they just aren't looking at the problem seriously enough. Neither of which are justified given the desperate outcries I have seen on these forums, and on Twitter, over the past 8/9 days. At this point their 'fix' is to create a new Steam account and link to that. Even if this does work it is an unsuitable workaround, and should not be a substitute to a resolution that fixes the issues with their migration process. Additionally there are many who have already paid for Destiny 2 content on their Steam accounts, and creating a new account is simply not an option. They have lost access to their paid content until this problem is resolved - for Shadowkeep owners, before ever having accessed it. This isn't the response we expect for being loyal early supporters of their game. It seems with the new launch they are placing more value on the influx of F2P players, perhaps understandably. However forgoing their long term fan base, who have already contributed financially, is unacceptable. What we do expect is acknowledgement of the issues their end, and regular communication until the problem can be fixed at source. It feels like a perfectly reasonable request.

yes it is important to note at this point that some players transferred between wrong accounts causing failed transfer but most of us have encountered failed transfer not because of human error at all. I'm sure bungie is aware of this and I trust that they are not lumping everyone in same basket who have not had characters transferred
