Like honestly, doing the main campaign and Y1 DLC first should be top priority for New Light players. Then they can go ahead and attempt everything else. Sorry, but I have gotten really tired of trying to explain how to do a Forge to people fresh out of the Cosmodrome.
[spoiler]Like seriously, do you even have Ada unlocked as a vendor yet? Why are you making the forges your first activity out of the gate?[/spoiler]

Yea I am a returning player (quick slightly after warmind) and I pretty quickly got into a forge match because I wanted a machine fun and there are VERY few options for those. I was SO lost, but fortunately I am a very quick learner. Its really a pretty simple concept when you figure it out. Definitely shouldn’t be the first thing you do though.

yeah ada appears to the in the tower and offers us quests / pursuits that tell us we need to do forges, but there is no clue or indication how thats achieved or where to go to find out. its something i had been wondering myself
