Final step - PC Move

As many of you know, there were problems migrating from the Battle.net to Steam. I see some progress after many unsuccessful attempts. I am at the stage of "agreeing to transfer" but the process cannot be completed successfully because I have already made the transfer - unsuccessful, of course. I get a suggestion to disconnect the current Steam account and create a new one, which I don't want to do. Could Support Bungie help me in any way? Reset my PC Move or something like that? https://imgur.com/Eh6qsD0

  • Hi. Thanks for your report. Unfortunately, if the error message says that your Steam account has already been migrated, it's not possible to migrate to that Steam account again. To migrate, you will have to unlink your Steam account in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie profile settings[/url] then link another Steam account that hasn't been migrated to yet.
