Hi there,
What platform did you originally purchase Forsaken on, and what platform are you currently trying to play on? Game licenses do not transfer between platforms. You will need to purchase the DLC on the platform you wish to play on.

I purchased forsaken on Xbox and PC but the first time I purchased forsaken, it was on Xbox.But then in like January I got it on PC
