Two days since Bungie issued the fix and I still don't have my season pass

Third time's the charm. I've had this issue since Oct. 1st and have been coming here every day since. I was hoping that I didn't have to anymore on Monday when Bungie tweeted out that they had issued a one-time fix. Who do I have to talk to in order to receive this fix? I have made a post a day ago and was told that the fix was automatically applied to "qualifying accounts." Is my account not qualified???
