it asks me to type i agree to transfer but it doesn't actually allow me to do the transfer now

Yeah seems like they added this, "I agree to transfer" step to do some cover-our-butts prevention. I figure they'll offer those of us affected "one more shot" to transfer and do a wipe/reset of the current migration.
