I am having this problem as well. I unlocked it and even relogged. Still nothing.
Edit: I just discovered that New ornaments can only be put on gear that you receive after the latest patch and cannot be used on old gear... so i guess we gotta go out and farm some new gear man... :/

It can also only be used on purple gear (new purple gear). I bought the titan one and have new gear that's blue rarity and it won't let me apply it, but I have a new helm that's purple rarity that it allowed me to apply the skin to. They literally lie in the item description. It says exactly the following: [quote]Equip this ornament on any armor set to change its appearance. Once you get a universal ornament, it's unlocked for all characters of the relevant class on your account.[/quote] Complete bogus, if I had knew the details (that are NOT mentioned anywhere) I would never have purchased the set. This must be corrected immediately! NOTE: I know how to open the box in my inventory; I know where to go to equip the skin (I was able to do this on a helmet); I purchased the legs with bright dust and the rest with silver (spending $15+tax)
