Silver Issue

Hey so I made a post yesterday asking about something that happened to me and got a response saying it was a potential issue. Here's the quick rundown: I purchased silver on my ps4 because I had leftover silver I wanted to make use of on there, couldn't purchase divinity ornament because I didn't have shadowkeep on that console (didn't know this beforehand, main is pc which has shadowkeep) asked on forums if there was a way around this. Asked around and made the assumption I was screwed. I purchased Thorn ornament assuming that I had to deal with this, then I got a reply from bungie help explaining that this was a potential issue and that the team would be investigating further into it. I owned divinity so I then made the assumption that I should have been able to still purchase it despite me not owning the dlc on that device. If this is something that gets fixed can I get my silver refurbished? At this point in time I cannot buy any more silver and I really desire that Sky ornament for Divinity, if there is a way to retract the ornament from my account (New seasonal Thorn ornament) then please do and refund the 700 silver spent on that so I can purchase the desired one. Thanks

  • Hello. Thanks for reaching out to us. Regarding your initial issue, you were trying to buy the Divinity ornaments on the PS4 but you didn't own Shadowkeep there and weren't able to purchase it. This is intentional because you don't own the game license on that console. As for a refund, if you still have the ornament in your inventory and haven't opened the packet yet, there should be a Refund option on the package if you purchased it within the last seven days. Silver cannot be refunded once it's been bought.
