Same issue, linked account and tried to transfer.
None of my characters moved, and only a new, blank 750 Titan to play.
My characters still show when logged in here on Bungie website.

Exact same thing for me. I just wanna put my characters on Steam! Nuke my steam account and start it over with my bnet characters Bungie I don't mind!

i am having the same exact issue except for my says i dont have any characters when i try to transer. but when i go into my account it show all of my previous characters from battle.net.
