Defeated Garden of Salvarion but cannot get the code for the Jacket
I beat garden of salvation and collected the triumph, I then received the email to claim the jacket and the shirt but when i click the link it says I have not met the requirements.

Same here. I received the email, claimed the triumph (including the 24 hour triumph) and nothing.

Yep, got the same issue here. I've claimed the triumph and it shows as claimed when I check my triumphs on the bungie website, however the Email Discount Code button is greyed out, so I'm not sure what's going on.
