App doesn’t work for me

Companion app says that I have no characters on my linked account. Didn’t know that my account was linked?. It has me logged in on ps4, yet has a button that says that I should press it to switch to my ps4 account. The button is unresponsive.

  • Hello! Try to sign out of your play station account on the companion app and sign in again, sometimes it glitches out especially since shadow keep dropped lots of issues have been going on with the companion app, even destiny item manager is experiencing a few issues with transferring and even seeing the rolls on weapons, Armour, bounties etc. if signing out and back in didn't work sign into destiny 2 on your main platform and cross save your characters on the title screen pressing accept to that notification that pops up on your screen. let me know if this helped or not!
