My character got reset by the cross save and ive been ignored by staff for the past couple days
my whole destiny character and bank get reset along with all my stats and everything when i did the cross save from xbox to steam and no one from bungie has even attempted to help when ive reached out multiple times please i dont want to re start

Hi there, You have set your PC characters as your main Cross Save account. To access your Xbox characters, you will need to deactivate Cross Save. Please note that doing so will put you in the mandatory 90-day lockout before you can enable Cross Save again. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099
