[b]Seeing as, like many others right now, my forum posts have been ignored, Im forced to post again to try and receive some level of response/support. [/b]
After linking the wrong steam account, I searched the forums and found a mentor suggesting to unlink my account and link the correct steam account however now after doing so Im unable to actually proceed with the transferring process as it halts during the agreement phase and in the cross save section it currently shows no available characters.
P.s; Its ridiculous that customers are forced to post on the forums with only a hope that support staff will see the post and respond and that a AAA game development company doesn't have an internal support ticket system. You would think that with an upcoming release (which the move really was on its own let alone the new dlc) that you'd expect issues and develop some form of ticketing system but alas here we all are.

Bumping with the hope SOME form of clarification can be made so I'm not having to check the forums and Twitter every day just because god forbid I want to play a game I purchased at release.
