Lectern of Enchantment
So I currently have 6 phantasmal fragments, but when I go to unlock the Lectern of Enchantment, it says that i don't have enough (5 required)? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I am a New Light player and do not have Shadowkeep nor the season pass.
