Season pass problem

So I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Bought the digital deluxe edition. Logged in and found no characters even tho I activated crossplay beforehand and even checked multiple times that it's still active before launch. But had to re-do it at launch cause it magically got unbound. I even refunded and bought the deluxe edition again, thinking that now that everything is set up right I'll get the content on the right account this time, but no still didn't have the season passes. It even shows me ingame that I own the season passes, https://imgur.com/a/QQv6cxs , but the premium way still has locks on them. From the replies that I'm reading from bungie they tell everyone that the season pass in bound to the steam account. Because I don't have that much progress on my ps4 characters (Played at release and quit with like 266 light) I'm thinking of unbinding the crossplay feature and to start over with new characters. My question now tho is if I unbind the crossplay feature will my steam account have all the content from the deluxe edition? And will my account not be banned like some people stated? (People said that their account got banned after refunding which sounds kinda extreme to me lol) Also if there is a "fix" in progress I would like to hear that too before making this move. Many people have this problem and if my characters would have more playtime on them I would be even more pissed.
